Goal
1. The challenge for AT Digitals is to develop a cutting-edge progressive web application catering to FABO's primary markets within the real estate sector, encompassing a diverse range of properties including apartments, villas, plots, studio apartments, senior living spaces, getaway vacation home plots, and international stays .
2. Additionally, the project involves implementing the FABO Share model, where every user functions as an individual investor. Under this model, FABO provides comprehensive support throughout the entire purchase process, from initial search and shortlisting to registration of the property under a fractional ownership model .
3. The goal is to empower users to make high-potential real estate investments with confidence and ease, supported by FABO's expert guidance and assistance .
Our Plan & Process
To achieve FABO’s goals, we implemented the following approach :

Market Research & Plan
In prioritizing primary markets, we focused on user-centric design for intuitive navigation and property exploration. Segregating the properties listing into sections and enhancing filters empowered users in selecting homes.

Unique Features
In the property listing page, we added unique sections like unit types, floor plans, availability, and pricing details. These aid users in filtering and searching specific options across properties. Custom locations and commute info offer a holistic view.

Implementation
A key challenge was integrating the FABO Share model seamlessly. We bridged FABO sales and user interests, ensuring effective communication. The concept aligned with CRM modules for streamlined interactions and informed decisions.
